Settling twins to sleep can feel overwhelming. Sleep deprivation is really hard, for parents and babies alike and twin parents want to find an easy, clear settling method so everybody can get the sleep they need.
What does a twin sleep consultant mean?
15 years of working with twins + settling twins to sleep on my own + becoming a certified baby and toddler sleep consultant + an experiential understanding of what it means to settle twins to sleep at the same time.
I offer at-home and online sleep consultation, and provide services for twin parents all over the world.
Are you tired of trying to settle both of your twins to sleep? Once one is settled, the other wakes up? As a twin sleep consultant, I will help you settle your babies to sleep in a way that suits your parenting style, babies’ temperament and age. I will help you understand your babies’ sleep needs and patterns, so you and your babies can get the sleep you deserve.
It takes up to 21 days to implement a new habit, or get rid of another. So, in only 1-3 weeks, you can transform your twins’ sleeping habits, teach them how to settle to sleep faster, consolidate sleep cycles, and help them acquire good sleeping skills that last.
When your twins sleep well, they can make the most of their day, and so can you!

There are different packages that suit all families needs.
“Hand-Holding” - Online Support, $148 (USD):
A 1-week programme that can suit easier sleep problems as well newborns sleep support. The assessment and support will be delivered over the phone or Zoom, with 3 follow-up phone calls (15 minutes each call) to support your journey.
2. “Dream Away” - At-home Support, $238 (USD):
A comprehensive 1-week prgramme to work on every sleep aspect of your child. In this package, you will understand the ins and outs of your child’s sleep patterns and needs. I’ll go with you step-by-step through the sleep plan during a 2-hours home visit, helping you set up your child’s sleep environment and schedule.
You’ll then receive 1 week of follow-up support consisting of 4 phone calls (15 minutes each call). This is to ensure your sleep plan works perfectly, and give you all the confident to take charge.
NOTE: The price is for a travel distance of up to 20km from Onehunga, Auckland. Additional travel fees of $2/km will incur for greater travel distance.
3. Online “Dream Away” (most popular for families living outside of Auckland and overseas), $178 (USD):
A 2-weeks comprehensive online programme. Assessment and support will be delivered over the phone or via Zoom. The package includes an initial 1 hour assessment, and 2 weeks follow-up support consisting of 7 phone calls (15 minutes each call). This is to ensure your sleep plan works perfectly, and give you all the confident to take charge.
4. Additional 1 Hour Consult, $48 (USD):
1 hour phone consultation after initial programme has finished.
5. Additional 1 Follow-up Support Week, $48 (NZD).
After sleep training programme has finished, you can purchase an additional follow-up support week. This includes 3 phone calls of 15 minutes throughout 1 week.

There are many settling methods available. My suggestion will be based on your baby’s age, needs, temperament and your parenting style.
If you feel the settling method isn’t working well, or isn’t right for you, we will change it accordingly.

After the intake form has been returned, we will discuss you sleep goals, needs and desires over 1-2 hours consultation.
2. We will discuss suitable settling methods, necessary changes to apply, and expected time-frame of results.
3. I will then design a thorough sleep plan which will be delivered either via Zoom or over the phone.
4. Next, over 1-2 weeks I will support your journey to implement the sleep plan, with regular phone calls. These are to ensure the plan is working perfectly for
you and your baby, and assess necessary changes.
