We started working with Smadar when our twins were about 8 weeks old. They are our first kids so we were going in blind but really wanted to set our kids up for good sleep habits from the beginning. They both did sleep training at 5 months and picked it up within 3 days. They are 1 year old now and baby girl has slept 12 hours through the night no issues since she was 5 months and baby boy is generally the same although sometimes needs the odd bum pat in the middle of the night. We are first-time parents based in Washington DC, and had many -many - questions about how to navigate the transition out of laborious and physically-demanding sleep settling for our babies... and finally get some uninterrupted sleep ourselves. After reading some of Smadar’s work on social media, she seemed like the right fit for us.

We took a leap of faith, and after two weeks of training for independent sleep, I am ecstatic to say I am able to take some time in the evening to write this review!
Smadar was meticulous in reviewing our notes, and quick to answer our many -many- questions, often in real time. She was gentle, reassuring, and empathetic when we had doubts about the progress, and extremely generous with her time in our follow-up calls. We would have probably given up our journey for independent sleep without Smadar to guide us, and we have learned many skills we’ll continue to implement for sleep in the years to come.

We contacted Smadar as we were struggling with bed time with our 8 month old twins, and naps were not very consistent during the day. Smadar was very sweet and accommodating and helped us implementing a routine that organized our days and nights.
