We started working with Smadar when our twins were about 8 weeks old. They are our first kids so we were going in blind but really wanted to set our kids up for good sleep habits from the beginning. They both did sleep training at 5 months and picked it up within 3 days. They are 1 year old now and baby girl has slept 12 hours through the night no issues since she was 5 months and baby boy is generally the same although sometimes needs the odd bum pat in the middle of the night. While helping me run the house smoothly and tidy, Smadar was helping with taking care of all my twin boys needs at such a tender age; feeding, dressing, settling, taking them for walks outside, going with them to the usual checkups at the doctor. The first night we started, Isaac did not cry at all! We used a gentle method, and after about 2 weeks, Isaac was well settled into his routine and we went from making him fall asleep in our arms in 15-45min, 3-6 wakes a night, to leaving him in his cot wide awake, falling asleep on his own in 5-15min, and sleeping through the night or waking once at 5am for a quick feed. As a parent, I went from being extremely exhausted to feeling energetic and positive, being able to fully enjoy the time spent with my son. That was definitely life changing for us!

Smadar helped us in a time of need! I had a 4 month old who had got used to only napping in the front pack, which was starting to take its toll on my back as well as being able to spend time with our 3 year old. We needed to get her napping in her bed but also wanted to use a gentle method to do so. Smadar tailored a plan to suit our needs and she was so supportive and encouraging in helping us to achieve our goal, especially when I was ready to give up.
