Online twin antenatal classes for New Zealand families

I collaborate with Multiples New Zealand to bring expectant Kiwi families of twins (and more) FREE antenatal classes.

As an antenatal and postnatal educator, a postpartum doula, and a sleep consultant, I bring my extensive twin expertise and practice to this special antenatal class!

There is so much more to raising multiples than just the birth, which is why I have designed this course especially for your family.

 
 

This is a 4-week course that covers:

  • Class 1: Pregnancy & Birth

  • Class 2: Postpartum with Multiples & Parental Mental Health

  • Class 3: Newborns’ Sleep

  • Class 4: Fostering Multiples’ Well-being

Upcoming Courses in 2026:

Course 1: 24th, 31st of Jan and 7th, 14th of Feb - Finished

Course 2: 7th-28th of March - OPEN FOR ENROLLMENT

Course 3: May dates TBC.

Course 4: July dates TBC.

Course 5: September dates TBC.

Course 6: November dates TBC.

Courses are limited to 15 families (priority is given to families from 20 weeks gestational stage).
