Through my collaboration with Multiples of America, I offer multiples families in America FREE online classes.

As an antenatal and postnatal educator, a postpartum doula, a sleep consultant, and a twin early childhood educator, I bring my extensive twin expertise and practice to these special classes!

You will learn about:

• Choosing the best pregnancy care to meet your particular needs.

• Your rights in a doctor-patient interaction.

• Reducing stress and anxiety during pregnancy and birth.

• How your birth partner can best support you through pregnancy and birth.

• The ins and outs of newborn sleep needs and patterns.

• Essential gear to make your early days at home more comfortable.

• Transitioning from the NICU.

• Parental mental health and well-being.

• Postpartum with multiples.

• Fostering multiples’ well-being, development, and relationships.

• Navigating fights, jealousy, attention-seeking, and fostering problem-solving skills.

The October 2026 class with Multiples of America will open for enrollment in September.
